Anna Nolan is counsel in the Financial Restructuring & Reorganization Practice in Alston & Bird’s London office. With over 10 years of experience, Anna assists a wide range of clients including hedge funds, special situations investors, trustees, providers of rescue and exit finance, issuers, sponsors, bondholder committees, administrators, and debtors with distressed transactions, conducting corporate, and financial restructurings and general insolvency matters.

Andrew Savage focuses his practice on international commercial and finance litigation and international arbitration. Over a period of more than 25 years he has a gained a wealth of experience across all sectors and industries, including finance, insolvency, energy, insurance (for policy holders), commodities, shipping, construction, IT and art theft. Much of his casework has involved dealing with issues of fraud and corruption and the need for global asset tracing and international enforcement.
