Q&A

Our firm takes a client-centered approach to legal representation. Whether we are advising business owners, athletes, or entertainers, we believe in providing the highest quality, white-glove service to our clients around the clock. We will go above and beyond to ensure our client's needs are met. Additionally, we utilize our vast network of resources, connections, and opportunities to benefit our clients. If you choose to work with us, you will gain access to everything we have to offer.

In addition to our white glove services, our guiding principles revolve around creative thinking and problem solving, building a long-term partnership, open communication, and providing practical advice to our clients. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide our clients top-notch legal services, timely, effectively, and in a way like no other. We are redefining legal services!

Here are a few things our clients love about our firm:

We invest our time in learning about our clients
We provide comprehensive 360-degree guidance unlike other firms
We understand business and approach our practice from a business-first perspective

Client satisfaction is our goal, period. We strive for long term relationships by becoming our client’s go-to adviser for all their legal needs, both business and personal. We form these relationships by building a sense of trust and confidence between attorney and client. When you engage our firm, you will be confident you made the right decision.

The most challenging aspect of our practice is the ability to remain nimble. Our clients' businesses change frequently and we must be able to adapt with them. As things change, so can the advice we give. We stay in constant contact with our clients so that we can anticipate the things to come, but sometimes this is challenging. Not everyone loves to speak to their lawyer on a regular basis, nor do they have time. Therefore, we face the challenge of being nimble enough to anticipate the needs of our clients without always having all the information we need.

As a kid, I loved the thought of running a business and making deals. I always found ways to make money and create new business ventures. As I got a little older, I began to enjoy the logic of problem-solving and negotiation. Becoming a business lawyer was a natural progression because I get the best of both worlds: helping clients run their businesses and solve their problems. I feel extremely blessed to have found my passion in life and that I get to support my family with it.

When I get asked this question, it is always tough to answer because I have many. So what I have learned to do is provide 7 interesting facts about myself and let people form their own impression of my interests:

1. I typically read 1-2 non-law related, non-fiction books a week
2. Cooking is my creative outlet
3. I hold a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and once held a powerlifting record for the deadlift
4. I have successfully completed 2 Tough Mudders (the second one ended in finger surgery)
5. I have spoken on multiple stages about the power of kindness in business (although kindness is not to be mistaken as weakness)
6. I wrote a personal development book that became an Amazon bestseller
7. I have been to the Dead Sea and it was amazing
