He has extensive consulting experience in Trade Compliance and customs matters, including Tax Customs litigation procedures and remedies, tariff classification, valuation, NAFTA and other free trade agreements.

Specialist in Maquiladora (IMMEX Operations), global trade management systems, AEO, pre-entry and post-entry review audits and export controls.

He also has vast experience regarding lobbying and governmental negotiations related to foreign trade matters representing the automotive, electric, retail and chemical industries among others.
