Roberto Guerrero is a member of the corporate area specializing in company law, mergers and acquisitions, financial and banking law, project financing and capital markets. He has been a lawyer since 1991.

Roberto Guerrero was the Professor of Civil Law and Economic Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (1995-1997); Professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 1998; Director of the post-graduate programs and Master's Degree in Corporate Law from the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (1997-2000); Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2003-2010); Member of the Council for Transparency (2008-2010); Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile until 2014; Member of the Board of Directors, of the Advisory Council and of the teaching team of the Corporate Governance Center of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
