He also represents owners and purchasers in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties — including shopping centers and mixed-use properties — and has represented banks and private and commercial lenders in construction and real estate secured loans, work-outs, and short sales of distressed real estate.
Weber's broader practice includes business entity formation, creditor representation in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings, unlawful detainer proceedings, and the representation of a wide variety of businesses including high tech companies, retail stores, and convenience stores and gas stations. He regularly presents on commercial leasing and real estate development topics through Lorman Foundation and Sterling Education Services seminars.
