Robert Verbuck

Robert practice focuses on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance.

Mr. Verbuck has over 20 years of experience advising start-ups and emerging companies across various industries and serves as a director, corporate secretary and counsel to certain select private and public enterprises that he is passionate about in the storage and real estate, energy, agritech and health product sectors.

Mr. Verbuck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University (1993) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (1998) from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and Ontario.
