Robert V. Fallarino

Robert V. Fallarino, Esq. is a trial attorney with more than 35 years of experience leading medical malpractice litigation, complex labor law, and product defect litigation. Notably, he obtained the fourth highest verdict in New York State for medical negligence, and a top ten verdict overall, in 2012. Mr. Fallarino has dedicated his career to compassionately helping people who have endured life altering and catastrophic injuries. He strives to resolve matters in the most advantageous setting for his clients, whether that means obtaining a jury verdict, an out of court or court guided settlement, or with the assistance of a mediator.

Mr. Fallarino has resolved numerous million-dollar cases for patients who have been victims of medical negligence throughout New York, from Buffalo to Riverhead, and across the nation as well, notably in North Carolina, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, and Idaho. He ensures that his clients from all walks of life feel comfortable with every aspect of the legal proceedings and have confidence in the decisions throughout the legal process.

Mr. Fallarino has been named to the highly regarded Best Lawyers in America® list every year since 2017. Best Lawyers in America® also recognized him as Long Island, New York’s, “Lawyer of the Year” for Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation in 2025 and for Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice Law, in 2023. He has also been named to New York Metro Super Lawyers© every year since 2012, in peer recognition of his professional achievements. Mr. Fallarino is active in his community and has served as the vice president of the East Williston Union Free School District Board of Education. He has been a volunteer board trustee since 2009. He previously served as a prosecuting attorney for The Village of Floral Park. To fulfill his professional and community service roles, he relies on the support of his wife and his sons, who are life-long residents of Long Island, New York.

Mr. Fallarino is admitted to practice law in New York and North Carolina, as well as in the Federal Courts for Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of New York State Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Nassau County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Fallarino obtained his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law where he was a Thomas More Scholar.
