Robert Spawn

Robert B. Spawn is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice on commercial and business litigation matters, including corporate, partnership and LLC disputes; fraud claims; complex contract disputes; real estate litigation; and professional liability claims. Mr. Spawn has experience handling these matters at all stages of litigation from pleading through trial and appeal in both state and federal courts.
