Robert S. “Robbie” Westermann is an attorney with Spotts Fain PC in Richmond, Virginia. After graduating from law school, Robbie served as a law clerk to the Honorable Blackwell N. Shelley of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Before joining Spotts Fain in 2025, he practiced with Hirschler and Hunton Andrews Kurth, where he advised businesses, financial institutions, creditors, trustees, and other parties in bankruptcy proceedings, restructuring matters, and related litigation.
