Biography
Called to the bar in Ontario and New York, Rob represents clients in Canada and beyond in commercial litigation, professional liability and regulation, real property disputes, and employment matters.
Rob found his passion for advocacy through mooting in law school, where his team won the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot. Robert has since developed into a skilled advocate, representing clients across Canada in a variety of litigation settings, including mediation and arbitration, at all levels of court in Ontario, the Manitoba Court of Appeal, and multiple administrative tribunals.
Prior to joining Adair Goldblatt Bieber, Rob practiced at Lenczer Slaght LLP, where he also completed his articles. Rob's aptitude for litigation developed early during his legal studies at Osgoode Hall where he received the J. Edward Thompson Q.C. Memorial Scholarship for attaining the highest standing of second-year students in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Administration of Justice program.
