Biography
Robert Moore is an experienced litigator practising primarily in the areas of construction and insurance defence. Rob’s practice focusses on assisting owners, contractors, construction professionals, and insurers in all manner of construction disputes, including complex and challenging builder’s lien issues. As an experienced litigator Rob understands the costs and challenges of litigation and takes a pragmatic approach to ensuring our clients achieve the best resolution possible in any given situation in a timely and cost-effective manner.
