Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Robert worked in the area of international taxation law at one of the world’s leading professional services firms. Robert provides legal advice and services to all manner of clients, including public and private companies, large and small businesses, and financial institutions. He has a particular interest in advising start-ups and other emerging technology businesses. He has also advised on several leading social finance transactions.
