One significant area of Robert’s practice involved hepatitis C litigation connected to unsafe medical injection practices in Nevada. Robert was also involved in the Mandalay Bay Route 91 litigation arising from the 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting. Robert worked with individuals pursuing claims related to physical injuries, emotional trauma, and wrongful death while helping move the litigation toward resolution.
In addition, Robert worked on the Actos (pioglitazone) pharmaceutical litigation involving claims against Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly. The litigation included allegations that consumers were not adequately warned about potential health risks associated with the Type 2 diabetes medication. Robert and his law partners represented Nevada clients seeking compensation related to those claims.
Robert also contributed to opioid litigation involving the State of Nevada, as well as Nevada cities and counties. The litigation resulted in substantial settlements intended to help address the long-term impact of the opioid crisis on communities throughout the state.
