Robert L. Jaskulski is a shareholder at the law firm, practicing in the firm’s Milwaukee, Waukesha and West Bend offices, and is managing partner of the firm’s Waukesha office. Mr. Jaskulski’s emphasis of law practice is personal injury litigation throughout the State of Wisconsin and the United States. Mr. Jaskulski’s practice involves a wide range of cases, including medical malpractice, products liability, insurance bad faith and motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Jaskulski is a member of the firm’s Defective Medical Device Team, handling defective hip cases and transvaginal mesh cases in multi-district litigation before Federal Courts in Ohio and West Virginia. Based on his extensive experience in the courtroom, Mr. Jaskulski has been certified in Civil Trial Advocacy and Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
