Biography
Bob Lepp provides counsel to employers in all areas affecting employee relations including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, discipline and termination, EEOC charges, state and federal litigation and appeals. He also provides counsel to health care facilities in all aspects of operation including employment, Medicaid and Medicare, survey and certification, resident rights and regulatory compliance. Additionally , Bob represents companies and individuals in a broad range of commercial disputes including administrative proceedings and state and federal litigation and appeals.
