Robert J. Wiley is a Texas employment lawyer representing workers. Mr. Wiley has practiced law since 1999 and has been Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2004.
Mr. Wiley often represents employees in lawsuits alleging discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination. Mr. Wiley represents employees before administrative agencies, arbitration, and state and federal courts.
Mr. Wiley is on the leadership council of the Dallas Bar Association's Labor & Employment Section, is a past president of the Dallas-Fort Worth Employment Lawyers Association, and is active in the National Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. Wiley is a regular speaker on employment law, including the 2017 National Employment Lawyers' Association Annual Meeting in San Antonio, Texas and the 2017 Texas Employment Lawyers' Association Annual Meeting in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Mr Wiley is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Tulane Law School (with honors).
