Robert G. Gibbs is a partner in the Georgetown, Delaware office of Morris James LLP. His practice includes business formation, commercial transactions, commercial lending, real estate transactions, and related civil litigation. Rob also advises clients on a range of business and operational matters affecting companies, property owners, lenders, and health care providers throughout Delaware.
Rob has extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and completed the Delaware Superior Court Mediation Training in 2007. He serves as an arbitrator, mediator, and neutral assessor in private matters and through ADR programs administered by the Delaware Courts. His mediation and arbitration work includes commercial, real estate, and business-related disputes.
