Biography

Morris Wilson Knepp Jacquette, P.C.’s founder, Bob, is well known in the legal community throughout the Greater Philadelphia region for achieving record-setting verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. He represents victims of medical malpractice, car accidents, product liability, and criminal securities fraud. He also works as a mediator, arbitrator, and legal expert witness.

Bob is both locally and nationally recognized as a talented civil trial lawyer, having achieved National Board of Legal Specialty Certification and becoming a Board-Certified Civil Trial Advocate. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2015 in the areas of Medical Malpractice Law - Plaintiffs, Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs, and Commercial Litigation. Bob has also been named as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Pennsylvania by Super Lawyers every year since 2008.

Bob is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. Founded in 1950, the College is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Bob first became a practicing lawyer in 1976 after graduating from Yale University followed by Temple University School of Law. In addition to the practice of law, Bob has devoted much of his life to helping children at risk. For 30 years he has served on the board of directors of the Montgomery County affiliate of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. He also serves as a volunteer lawyer for children and is a past officer of the Montgomery Child Advocate Program.
