Robert Daigneault Ad. E.

Robert Daigneault, Ad. E. has been involved for more than 45 years in the environmental, resource and land use sectors (as a biologist, a manager and a legal counsel). He founded Daigneault, avocats inc. - Daigneault, Lawyers Inc., a team of specialized lawyers who finds creative and proactive solutions to issues clients are facing in their day-to-day operations or following environmental incidents. He also provides proper support and representation before regulatory authorities or courts when necessary.

Before founding his own firm in 2001, henceforth known as Daigneault, avocats inc. in 2009, in response to the needs of a constantly growing clientele, he founded and directed the department of environmental law at the firm of Lapointe Rosenstein (1990-2001) and was prosecutor for the Ministry of the Environment of Québec (1987-1990). He now has accumulated over 45 years of experience in the fields of environmental, natural resources and land use law, as a scientist, manager and lawyer.

Mr. Daigneault is also a lecturer for the Sherbrooke University (legal training for candidates to accreditation as certified environmental auditors and certified environmental site assessors) and for the Continuing Education Service of the Quebec Bar (environmental law).

Mr. Daigneault published numerous articles and he is proudly offering seminars tailored to the needs of its clientele and to the environmental community.
