Robert Procter is a partner at Wisconsin law firm Axley Brynelson, LLP, practicing dealer/franchise law and real estate/construction law.
Mr. Procter is a leader of the firm’s Construction & Transportation Practice Group, representing developers and builders relating to all aspects of development including real estate acquisitions, annexations, land divisions, zoning disputes, condominiums and tax-deferred exchanges. Mr. Procter acts as outside general counsel for the Wisconsin Builders Association, and is a registered state lobbyist focusing on construction and real estate legislation.
Mr. Procter is also an active member of Axley’s Distribution & Franchise Law Team. Mr. Procter counsels manufacturers and distributors relating to dealership and franchise issues including distribution agreements and networks, dealer terminations, product recalls, regulatory compliance and litigation.
