Biography
Bobby Bowers is a civil litigator who regularly represents and counsels clients with complex commercial disputes.
Bobby has considerable experience in real estate and construction-related matters, eminent domain proceedings representing property owners, manufacturer-distributor relationships, fiduciary litigation arising from wealth transfers and trust and estate administration, equipment lease disputes, and railroad equipment matters including car hire enforcement and end-of-lease/return condition litigation. He has represented clients in matters involving California’s Proposition 65/Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act. Bowers has also represented clients in a range of employment matters.
Bobby has successfully represented engineering and architectural firms; commercial and residential property owners, developers, contractors, landlords and tenants; institutional and private trustees; railroad equipment owners; and manufacturers of consumer and other products. Prior to joining the firm, his practice included defense of medical and other professional negligence matters.
