Client Testimonials

Robert Singer not only knows the law, but knows the key regulators and government officials that enforce the law. These contacts are valuable when we need to make a quick decision or need direction on a matter.

Wesley Sturges (Bank of Commerce)

Charlotte, NC

Robert Singer is an expert in the field of Banking and Securities law. He is always responsive. He takes a personal interest in our company.

Bob is the most knowledgeable bank attorney in the state. He not only understands the banking regulations, but also has the ability to communicate on all levels of understanding. He is always available to answer questions. It is so easy to inadvertently violate regulations, it is important to have his advice and counsel in the most heavily regulated industry in the nation.

Our company has benefited from Bob's wise counsel, as he is able to quickly analyze potential legal issues and provide appropriate responses in a timely manner.

Bob is a very creative deal maker with a high level of political awareness in a corporate environment. He looks beyond the deal on the table to discern the motivation of the parties, always looking for the best deal structure for his clients. Bob is especially good under pressure, with a combination of street smarts and diplomacy that minimizes "knee jerk" reactions. I want him in our corner.
