Robb is a civil litigation professional represents clients in commercial and intellectual property disputes. In his practice he acts on behalf of individuals, corporations and governments with respect to regulatory offences, assisting clients through judicial dispute resolution, private mediation and arbitration.
Robb has appeared before all Alberta courts, as well as the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has been counsel to various administrative tribunals and royal commissions and is currently General Counsel for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Members’ Legal Fund.
Robb is active in litigation and advocacy education, frequently lecturing for the Legal Education Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Federal Department of Justice. In addition, he has conducted client seminars and training programs to clients to help them avoid litigation.
