Biography
Rick carries on a corporate/commercial practice. His work spans both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.
With a wealth of knowledge acquired over more than 40 years, Rick has extensive experience in sophisticated transactions of various kinds including acquisitions, mergers, partnerships and business reorganizations.
In addition to providing advice to businesses, health care corporations and educational institutions regarding ongoing contracts, credit issues, planning, technology and policy issues, Rick has a significant practice in the resolution of shareholder and partnership disputes.
He has been a frequent lecturer to business and professional audiences and has published several articles on corporate and commercial law. Rick is also the author of a text book on shareholders agreements, and is currently working on a third edition.
