Rick T. Aucoin

Rick Aucoin is a partner at Beard Winter LLP with a wide range of litigation experience before all courts and tribunals. The focus of his practice is civil litigation with an emphasis on property, casualty, tort and negligence cases, commercial insurance, product liability and coverage issues.

Rick’s practice also focuses on professional errors with a recent appointment to the preferred counsel list for the defence of lawyers in their professional capacity.

Rick has been providing litigation services along with risk analysis to a large number of provincial, national and international insurers for almost two decades. He has represented clients at numerous trials, pre-trial conferences and mediations. In addition, he involves himself extensively in consulting and presenting to his clients on a variety of issues of interest for the purposes of continuing education and keeping his clients informed.
