Richard Meehan (“RJ”) is a trial attorney with MeehanLaw LLC in Fairfield, Connecticut. He works closely with custody evaluators, mental health professionals, forensic accountants, digital forensics consultants, and e-discovery professionals to develop well-supported positions tailored to each case.

RJ has also handled matters involving electronically stored information (ESI) and digital evidence in both family and criminal cases. He managed Connecticut’s first virtual divorce trial following the COVID-19 court closures, overseeing the organization and presentation of more than 1,200 digital exhibits using TrialPad and Microsoft Teams.
