Richard D. "Rick" Siegel

Rick Siegel is currently involved primarily in a general corporate and transactional practice, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and counseling small and mid size clients of the firm. He has extensive experience in areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, commercial law and general corporate representation of small to mid size public and private companies, including leasing companies. His commercial finance practice concentrates primarily in the areas of lease financing, aircraft finance transactions of varying structures, commercial loan and syndication transactions, private placements, leveraged buy outs, sale leasebacks, and portfolio purchases and financing.
