"Rich has represented me for over 20 years as a corporate lawyer and real estate advisor. He assisted in my total estate planning and counseled me through my wife's death and the closing of her estate. He is most responsive and his knowledge and attention to details are some of his many attributes. His negotiation skills are excellent and he is both firm and fair in dealing with all aspects of the legal profession. I would, and have, recommended his services to others."

- Anthony Haen (AJH Investments, LLC), Verona, WI

"Mr. Latta has represented multiple companies that I am involved with over the past six years. During that time, I have found Rich to be extremely competent in the area of business law and many related areas of practice. He is a very effective and credible communicator who has demonstrated a clear pragmatic approach to the multiple significant legal matters we have worked with him on. Rich is an extremely skilled attorney with a tremendous work ethic and integrity."

- Paul Senty (Park Bank), Madison, WI

"I have had a working relationship with Rich for approximately 10 years. I have found him to be very detail oriented, and expeditious in his work. He brings a great deal knowledge to his profession, and receives a great deal of respect from his peers. Rich has put together several operating agreements for us in the past. The thought and detail that goes into this on the front end really simplifies the process in the end."

- Jeff Schluter (Schluter Construction, Inc.), Plain, WI

"I have worked with Attorney Rich Latta on a variety of business-related matters over the past 10-plus years. Rich has demonstrated a broad range of experience with respect to these matters. His experience with both structuring and dissolving business arrangements and the related tax issues is extensive. He has been very effective in assisting clients on clearly identifying their goals and then proceeding to reach those goals. Rich has always been easy to work with and a good communicator."
