Biography:

He has been practicing real estate and corporate law, for the past 27 years. Ricardo has represented foreign and domestic companies in the acquisition, lease, shelter, and real estate trusts operations in Mexico. He also provides legal advice to foreign entities doing business in Mexico under the IMMEX (maquiladora) structure and their day-to-day operations including the corporate law compliance.
