Ricardo Martínez González

Ricardo joined Sánchez-DeVanny as a law clerk in May 2012 and subsequently joined the Corporate and M&A, Corporate and Project Finance and Financial Institutions and Services practice groups.

Ricardo has advised national and foreign companies and investors, in different industry sectors, in corporate restructuring, including mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs. He has experience in the incorporation of commercial companies, day-to-day corporate matters, due diligence processes, and financing and the setting up of collateral.
