Remy James Donnelly

Remy Donnelly is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He focuses on business, commercial, and real estate transactions and matters. Remy advises and represents clients in commercial finance transactions, commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial contracts, oil and gas transactions, commercial lease transactions for office buildings, shopping centers, ground leases, and industrial sites, and general business matters. Remy’s clients include lenders, owners, landlords, tenants, investors, sellers, and purchasers. He advises and assists several clients on an ongoing basis with all or certain areas of their business. Remy has in-depth experience in a range of industries, including real estate development, movie theaters, warehousing, oil and gas, river transportation services, manufacturing, banking, healthcare, utility services, retail, and professional services. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Remy practiced for five years as a certified internal auditor in the banking and oil and gas industries with PricewaterhouseCoopers, El Paso Corporation, and Capital One Bank.
