Reid M. Whitaker focuses his practice on patent litigation and other complex civil litigation involving technology.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Whitaker clerked for the Honorable Leonard P. Stark of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to his clerkships in the Court of Appeals, he clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly of the US District Court of Delaware.
