Regina Corrigan is a partner in the Calgary office of the firm, head of the office's Business Law Department and practice group leader for its Intellectual Property Law Department.
Regina's practice focuses on the areas of trademarks and technology commercialization. She has significant experience with all aspects of trademark law, including, prosecution, opposition, licensing and rights transfer in Canada.
Regina also holds in-depth expertise in the commercialization and development of technology, including the negotiation and drafting of:
