Rebecca Waltuch

Advising on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, Rebecca (Becca) Waltuch counsels hospitals, health systems, accountable care organizations (ACOs) and other healthcare clients through complex operational and contracting matters, including multi-state physician practice acquisitions, joint ventures and provider employment agreements. Becca advises clients on structuring transactions and navigating any health regulatory issues that arise in such transactions. Becca is also experienced in addressing the legal issues that arise in establishing or restructuring physician network affiliations, value-based payment models and managed-care contracting.
