Recognized in Ones to Watch since 2026 Rebecca Nocharli is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group. Rebecca represents clients in a range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts and in internal and government investigations. Her practice covers contract, healthcare, employment, bankruptcy, regulatory, and criminal matters, among others. Rebecca’s experience and skills include developing case strategies, managing factual investigations and all aspects of discovery, drafting motions and briefs, preparing for trial, participating in hearings and mediations, and leading successful settlement negotiations.
Rebecca also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented individuals seeking asylum before immigration judges and the Board of Immigration Appeals. She has also handled landlord/tenant matters through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
Prior to joining Parker Hudson, Rebecca began her legal career at an AmLaw 25 international law firm.
