Rebecca Morrison is an attorney with Rivkin Radler LLP in Jacksonville, Florida. She represents clients in complex litigation matters with a focus on Insurance Law, including personal injury protection (PIP) disputes, first-party claims, class actions, and insurance coverage-related litigation.
Rebecca regularly represents insurance carriers in high-volume litigation and works with clients to develop practical and efficient approaches to resolving claims. Her practice includes coordinating and negotiating bulk settlements involving disputed medical billing and treatment claims, as well as advising carriers on litigation management strategies designed to address large-scale exposure.
She has extensive experience reviewing medical billing and treatment records and works with insurers utilizing emerging technologies, including AI-driven medical billing software, to support data-informed litigation and settlement strategies.
In addition to her Insurance Law practice, Rebecca represents sureties in construction-related disputes involving claim evaluations, investigations, litigation, and resolution strategies. She also has experience handling maritime claims involving longshoremen and seamen under the Jones Act, including matters related to vessel liability, maintenance and cure, and workplace injuries.
Rebecca is a licensed Education Course Provider and Instructor with the Florida Department of Financial Services. She develops tailored educational programming for insurance professionals and has led conferences attended by adjusters throughout Florida, Georgia, and New York.
Rebecca earned her J.D., with Dean’s Honors and Pro Bono Honors, from Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, she served as president of both the Military Law Society and the International Law Society.
