Biography
Rebecca K. Millenbach has been practicing law since May 2001 and has concentrated her practice on Family Law matters since 2005. She is a Partner at Nelson, Krueger & Millenbach LLC, where she represents individuals and families in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and throughout the surrounding areas. Rebecca handles a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, paternity, child support, maintenance, legal separation, and post-judgment issues.
Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. She received her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where she was a finalist in the Raymond Klitzke Moot Court Competition. During law school, Rebecca also gained valuable experience as an intern with the Internal Revenue Service, Office of District Counsel.
Rebecca is known for her thoughtful and client-focused approach to family law representation. She provides clear, practical guidance to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions during challenging times. Rebecca values cooperation and problem-solving when addressing family law disputes and works toward resolutions that minimize conflict whenever possible.
