Rebecca K. Millenbach has practiced law since May 2001 and has focused exclusively on family law matters since 2005. She is a Partner at Nelson, Krueger & Millenbach, LLC, a family law firm serving clients in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and surrounding communities. Rebecca represents individuals and families in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, paternity, child support, maintenance, legal separation, and post-judgment issues.
Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. She received her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where she was a finalist in the Raymond Klitzke Moot Court Competition. During law school, Rebecca also gained valuable experience as an intern with the Internal Revenue Service, Office of District Counsel.
Rebecca is known for her thoughtful and practical approach to family law representation. She provides clear guidance to help clients understand their rights and options while navigating complex and often emotionally challenging legal issues. Rebecca values cooperation and works toward negotiated resolutions when appropriate, while also maintaining substantial courtroom experience when litigation becomes necessary.
