Rebecca Grosz

Rebecca Grosz’ practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including domestic contracts (cohabitation, marriage and separation agreements), parenting issues, child and spousal support, and equalization and property issues, with a particular focus on complex property, equalization, and support issues including complex tax, estate, and business law and valuation issues. Rebecca advocates for her clients through the court process, having appeared at all levels of court in Ontario including the Court of Appeal, as well as through alternative dispute resolution processes, including negotiation and mediation/arbitration. Rebecca’s practical, results-driven approach and strategy on each file is tailored to each client’s individual needs and desired outcomes. Rebecca prides herself on securing successful results for her clients. Rebecca’s prior experience working with some of the most highly respected family law lawyers in the province representing clients with a diverse range of personal and professional backgrounds, including ultra high net-worth families, and her prior experience as a corporate lawyer, are an asset to her practice.

Rebecca is actively involved in the family law bar and continuing legal education and has served as an executive member of the Family Law Section of the OBA for four years. She has also presented at various CLE programs, including at Osgoode PD and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario with respect to family law advocacy.
