Raymond Tittmann

Raymond Tittmann is a founder and the Managing Partner of TittmannWeix. He brings to this exciting new venture substantial leadership experience, having founded and managed offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, and led those firms’ insurance practice group nationwide. He advises clients on complex insurance coverage issues in California, Florida, and across the country.  He was recently recognized by Law360 as an MVP for the year in the field of insurance.

His matters frequently appear in Law360's and he is also sought for expert commentary.  Currently, he is representing a carrier in a significant dispute with its managing agent alleging millions of dollars in damages for improper underwriting practices.  He previously represented London market carriers in a novel primary-excess dispute involving a matter of first impression.  He prevailed on summary judgment in a matter establishing new law requiring the carrier for the San Francisco 49ers to share coverage on a brutal fan beating at Levi Stadium.
