Raymond J. Rafool, III, is an associate attorney with Rafool PLLC in Miami, Florida. He represents clients in family law and complex civil litigation matters and is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Rafool focuses his practice on family law matters involving substantial marital estates, business interests, corporate structures, equitable distribution, alimony, timesharing, and other parent-child issues. While attending Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Mr. Rafool was actively involved with the NSU Trial Association and competed in trial advocacy competitions across the country. He and his team earned a second-place finish in the Battle of the Experts Trial Competition finals against the University of California, Los Angeles. In recognition of his advocacy skills and commitment to courtroom practice, he was selected as a National Member of the Order of Barristers.
