Raymond J. Rafool, II is a partner at Rafool PLLC in Miami, Florida. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, all courts in the State of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Rafool focuses his practice on Family Law, including domestic and international family law, as well as business and commercial litigation.
Mr. Rafool is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar and is also nationally board certified in Family Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). Board certification is awarded to attorneys who meet standards relating to experience, peer review, and continuing legal education in their area of practice.
He has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers list from 2013 through 2025. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Rafool has lectured and written on Family Law and litigation-related topics. His professional service includes work with several Florida Bar committees, including serving as past Vice Chair and member of the Florida Family Law Rules Committee, past Chair and member of the Florida Criminal Rules Committee, past Vice Chair and member of the Florida Judicial Administration, Selection and Tenure Committee, and past Representative on the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration Committee.
