Rayan Houdrouge leads the Employment and Pensions Practice Group of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. As an accredited labour law expert (SBA certificate), he advises and represents Swiss and multinational companies as well as international organizations on all employment law matters. He has an extensive experience in executive transfers, employee benefits, compensation packages, work regulations, internal audits and collective procedures such as business transfers and collective dismissals. Rayan Houdrouge is also an accredited social security expert (Swiss federal certificate) and regularly assists clients in matters related to social security and pension funds, including contentious aspects.
His other main area of practice is competition law, and in particular in the context of internal audits, merger control filings and cartel-related investigations.
Rayan Houdrouge studied law at the University of Lausanne (lic iur, 2002) and obtained an LLM from New York University (2007). Reflecting his work in occupational pension funds, Rayan Houdrouge gained a Swiss federal certificate to become an accredited social security expert (2012). He is also obtained a diploma as a certified specialist SBA in labor law (2016). Rayan Houdrouge joined Lenz & Staehelin in 2005 and has been a Partner since 2014.
