Reconocimientos de los Institutos Jurídicos más importantes del Derecho como Chambers, Advisory Excellence o Client Choice, entre otros tantos, son los que le sitúan en la cima del ejercicio del derecho penal español. Asimismo, el pasado mes de diciembre, el directorio jurídico más prestigioso del Derecho, Best Lawyers (EEUU) lo incluyó en la lista de mejores abogados penalistas de España y, además, nombró al murciano en exclusiva como "abogado del año" (lawyer of the year) en el ámbito penal.

En el año 2019 fue entrevistado por el Consejo de la Abogacía Española, que se hacía eco de sus logros, expresando su opinión –entre otras cosas- sobre la función del Derecho Penal en España: "En muchísimas ocasiones he conocido las actuaciones judiciales por prensa antes que por el juzgado", decía Pardo-Geijo.

Diputado de la Sección de Derecho Penal del Colegio de Abogados de Murcia, este abogado penalista ha representado a importantes figuras en asuntos tan destacados como Malaya, Púnica o Gurtel. El último caso notorio fue el sucedido en la Ciudad de Ceuta (“caso Emvicesa”) mediante el que se investigaba una trama de presuntas adjudicaciones ilegales de viviendas, el mayor de corrupción de la historia de esa ciudad. Están publicados los informes del Ministerio Fiscal (defendido por los dos fiscales Anticorrupción) y la defensa que ejerció Pardo Geijo sobre esas acusaciones, además de los de otros letrados.
