Raúl Marshall heads the Banking and Finance practice at Baraona Fischer & Cía. Is a specialist in financing and projects, including legal aspects related to foreign investments, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and investment structures. He has participated in local and international syndicated banking financing, corporate, infrastructure projects and acquisitions, debt emissions and structuring of derivatives. Mr. Marshall has been behind the financing and structuring of debts of all major public hospital concessions during the last years.
Mr. Marshall graduated as a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica, has a Tax Certificate from Universidad de Chile and a Master in Tax Management, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Prior to joining Baraona Fischer & Cia in 2015, he worked for 10 years for the BBVA Group, in the Business area of ??Major Companies and heading the Tax Management; and also was a partner at Palma Abogados and worked at Chadwick & Aldunate Abogados.
