His tax practice includes a wide array of substantive areas, including income taxes, estate taxes, employment taxes, excise taxes, sales/use taxes and property taxes.
Randy is experienced in structuring entity formations and reorganizations; in planning partnership, limited liability company and S corporation transactions; and in drafting complex and limited liability company agreements. In addition, he counsels high net worth families and family offices concerning issues of family governance, family office formation and operations, and regarding tax efficient succession planning and transfers of wealth to younger generations.
