Ramie Shalabi

Ramie Shalabi is the Managing Partner for Dayson Shalabi Burkett Law Firm. He focuses exclusively on personal injury (car accidents, slip/trip and falls, dog bites/attacks) and workers' compensation cases.

Ramie graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina. He attended law school at Wake Forest University School of Law, which is one of the top law schools in the country.

Upon passing the bar exam in South Carolina, Ramie worked for the Fifth Circuit Solicitor's Office in Richland County (Columbia, SC) as a prosecutor. He immediately gained courtroom experience immediately after passing the bar exam.

Ramie was then recruited to work for a large regional insurance defense firm where he represented several Fortune 500 companies and their insurance companies. He learned the ins and outs of the insurance defense industry before "switching sides" and began representing injured people against those same companies. Ramie has exclusively represented injured people against insurance companies since 2018.

Ramie has tried cases in front of judges and juries with great success. He has sued all types of companies with no fear. He represents his clients aggressively, compassionately and effectively. His background allows him to connect with clients from all backgrounds as he's represented construction workers, teachers, doctors and executives who have been injured in a car accident or at work.

Ramie takes pride in treating each client as though they were family. He fights for them every day and takes pride with not leaving a dollar on the table.

Ramie is a member of the South Carolina Bar, Richland County Bar Association, Charleston County Bar Association, Injured Workers Advocates, South Carolina Association for Justice, and the National Arab-American Bar Association. He frequently presents at seminars around the country for other lawyers.
