Biography
Ralf Euling has specialised exclusively in private construction and architectural law, commercial tenancy law, property law, and public procurement law since 1994. He primarily advises private clients and public sector entities operating under private law, including architects, engineers, project developers, and investors, on all aspects of private construction law, commercial tenancy law, and public procurement law. His expertise includes drafting and negotiating contracts with general contractors, individual trades, and architects, as well as providing legal guidance during construction and claim management. In addition to extrajudicial advice, he is involved nationwide in forensic matters. In commercial tenancy law, he is experienced in negotiating and drafting complex tenancy agreements. He also has extensive experience in property transactions, including sale and leaseback arrangements and due diligence reviews, and advises on organising and implementing national and Europe-wide public procurement procedures.
Furthermore, he lectures at the ADI Academy of Real Estate Management in Munich and at HBC University of Applied Sciences in Biberach.
