Ralf Euling has focused exclusively on private construction and architectural law, commercial tenancy law, real estate law, and public procurement law since 1994. He advises private clients and public-sector entities operating under private law, including architects, engineers, project developers, and investors, on all aspects of construction, real estate, and procurement matters.
His practice encompasses the drafting and negotiation of contracts with general contractors, specialist trades, and architects, as well as legal support throughout construction projects and claims management. In addition to his advisory work, he represents clients in contentious proceedings and forensic matters before courts and arbitral tribunals throughout Germany.
In the field of commercial tenancy law, Ralf Euling is particularly experienced in negotiating and drafting complex lease agreements. He also advises on sophisticated real estate transactions, including sale-and-leaseback structures and due diligence processes. Furthermore, he counsels clients on the planning and implementation of national and EU-wide public procurement procedures.
Alongside his legal practice, Ralf Euling is a lecturer at the ADI Academy of Real Estate Management in Munich and at HBC University of Applied Sciences in Biberach.
