Rainer Schaaf, LL.M., partner, is an expert for insolvency law specialized in legal support of distressed M&A deals. He has also special expertise in asserting and defending insolvency claims as well as supporting restructuring procedures. In addition, he has extensive experience in banking and finance law as well as in commercial law.
