Rafael Martínez Tojo

Specialized in the Real Estate and Urban Planning sector; as head of land and urban planning, asset manager, comprehensive project development, investor relations, asset acquisition, and real estate taxation in various companies in the sector; such as Aliseda, Highland Developers USA, Anida (BBVA), Grupo Veintidós, and Riofisa.

During the years he worked in a law firm, he provided legal advice and judicial defense in urban planning, real estate, horizontal property, and urban leases.

At the beginning of his professional career, he served as Secretary General of the City Council of Rois (A Coruña) for 5 years.
