Rachelle S. Ferraro is a criminal defense attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing clients in Scottsdale, Arizona, and throughout the surrounding communities. In 2006, Rachelle earned certification in criminal law from the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction she continues to hold. She has participated in more than ninety jury trials in municipal, justice, superior, and federal courts. Her courtroom experience includes cases involving DUI offenses, manslaughter, kidnapping, drug-related charges, and other serious criminal allegations. She also works with clients during investigations before charges are filed when possible, helping individuals navigate interactions with law enforcement and prosecutors at an early stage.
Born to the family of an Italian immigrant and raised in both New Jersey and Arizona, Rachelle developed a strong interest in constitutional law and public service early in life. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Wellesley College and later received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law. Today, she remains committed to serving clients across Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area.
